Scotty Rocket Design is powered by Scott Evans. He's been an artist and designer his entire life. He acquired an Assiciates Degree in art, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Graphic Design and Visual Communications from San Jose State University, received the National Scholastic Acheivement Award from the the General Motors Marketing Internship and has a list of accolades for local, regional, national and international design and promotion works. Scott has worked at various advertising, design and marketing firms in the Silicon Valley, as well as Creative Service Departments at a number of companies. Oh, the name "Scotty Rocket"?- it's a bit of a story, ask him about it, he'll tell ya.
In 2001, he "hung out his shingle" as a freelance, contract design, marketing and advertising agent. He's been instrumental in the brainstorming, designing and developing of business ideas, promotion, and branding for his clients. Read what a few of them have written about Scotty Rocket Design. |

Camping Unlimited-Camp Krem was founded in 1957 and since then has provided an estimated 150,000 days and nights of independence and self-confidence building recreation to an estimated 14,000 children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. At the same time, we provide much needed respite for their parents and families, and a chance for young counselors to grow in ability and enhance their careers.
When we launched our new website, we looked for a capable, cheerful and attentive webmaster to support our program and make the many changes we need. Scott (“Scotty Rocket”) Evans was selected after a lengthy and detailed review of many possible candidates. He has proved to be wonderful. He is experienced and quick, with patience, initiative, imagination and a lovely sense of humor.

Scott started consulting for Eyasco, Inc. over 10 years ago and his creativity has become an important part of our products and services. We build monitoring systems and software for mostly water-related applications like drinking water quality, dam and canal control, even protection of fish spawning grounds. It’s always a challenge for us as engineers to explain what we do. But Scott works on a very visceral level and is able to take complex ideas and reduce them to a snappy graphic or datasheet that even helps us understand our products. Over the years he has burrowed his creative mind into all aspects of our business – monitoring systems, software and web forms – and created a recognizable brand that we are proud to stand behind.
